Orders and Shipping
It depends on your location and the products you choose! Generally, suppliers will inform you about delivery and special conditions!
You can do it during the checkout or following the link “my account”
You can change delivery adress during the checkout.
Tracking is delivery dependent. Your vendor will inform about the possibilities.
We use Paypal and Stripe payment processors. We do not keep credit card info on file
We do not at the moment but some of our vendors/suppliers do!
Some products can be delivered to almost any country, some can but is not economical. Please check with a vendor
If you order more than one products, they will very probably arrive in separate packages and maybe even from the different country
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Generally, you can request a refund within 90 days of delivery in case that product is not as advertised! You have the same time as the quality guarantee period. Some suppliers may offer a longer guarantee!!! Some products or services may vary, so check the product/service page!
If you receive the wrong item, please contact the supplier and request a replacement! If they fail to replace within 90 days, you can request a full refund! In either case, send us an email!
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us and the vendor/supplier. The supplier will resolve the issue with the shipping company.
